You are changing the world and we’re most proud of being a small part of your journey.
You chose video as your means to communicate with the world. Maybe you love how immersive video is, activating multiple senses for your audience. Or maybe video helps you extend your craft off screen empowering a fan or two that recognizes you. Whatever the reasons were, we *biasedly* think you made the right choice
The thing is… We come from some of the top media conglomerates globally and have seen advertising change over the years. Some of us have even built the same algorithms you use daily on social media.

You are passionate enough to inspire others. You took a leap of faith on this side gig creation thing, all because you love what you do while educating others. You were brave enough to face uncertainty and conquer.

Founder and CEO
Tiffany is the founder and CEO of Curastory. Before the startup world, she joined ESPN Stats & Information Group as a Sports Analytics Associate, where she created ESPN’s College Football Fan Happiness Index. She was the first African-American analyst to join the team. Throughout her tenure with the leading sports multimedia company and her stint with LSU Athletics, she became an advocate for harmonizing sports, creativity, human traits, and data science. When she’s not working, you can find Tiffany chopping onions in the kitchen making different cuisines to destress and working out to every Alex Toussaint workout on Peloton
CTO
Shane is the CTO of Curastory. Outside of his work at Curastory, Shane Austrie is a renowned speaker in the MarTech space—from speaking on podcasts to speaking at live conferences globally. Prior to Curastory, he solely focused on his AdTech/MarTech-focused Machine Learning consultancy. He previously worked & consulted for advertising companies like Facebook, Reddit, Tapyjoy, and more. His love of marketing started in high school, where he started off creating ecommerce stores in order to save for college.
User Experience & Interface Designer
Reisa is the User Experience & Interface Designer for Curastory. Prior to entering the design world, Reisa was first a professional modern dancer, and later found her way into the fitness industry where she was the General Manager for two Pure Barre studios. The entirety of her professional experience has taught Reisa how to intuitively connect with just about anyone. She thrives on feedback and believes that her skill set allows her to decipher how user’s tactile needs translate into their physical world. Reisa is proud to be on the Curastory team, and feels fortunate to have found a company that combines her passion for human relations with her love of artistry.
Full Stack Developer
Oliver is a Full Stack developer at Curastory. He is enthusiastic about all things technology and is enamored by the innovation that it can bring. His curiosity has led him to becoming an engineer at Curastory, a job that allows him to have his hand on every level of the application. In his spare time, he likes to practice his guitar, watch comedy skits, and assists in running a cat shelter.
Front End Developer
Nuri is a Front-end developer at Curastory. Her passion for problem solving and love for computers drove her to pursue a career in programming. As she’d joined Curastory, she’s been all about creating rich and exciting features that bring users to the Curastory website. When she’s not coding, she loves to participate in outdoor activities such as snowboarding, paintballing and long walks on the beach.
Account Executive, Creators
Ramsey is Curastory’s Sales Development Representative, bringing in creators to our platform. She joined the team at the beginning of 2022 and is passionate about helping creators grow and take advantage of their platforms. Over the years, she has picked up experience creating content for brands, the NFL, collegiate sports, and non profits around the world. When off the clock, Ramsey enjoys traveling, creating videos, and creating videos of her traveling. She is a hyper aware adrenaline junkie— so more like an adrenaline advocate–with a love for documenting memories through film.
Marketing Associate
Tamia is Curastory marketing associate with a passion for creative planning. She has a love for working with startups, using her knowledge of sports and marketing to effectively contribute to organizational growth. Developer of innovative plans and solutions.
